Your Role
Team members contribute their unique skills to various departments: social media management to spread awareness and celebrate chapter successes, outreach coordination to connect with new schools and expand our network, website development to improve user experience and functionality, content creation for workshops and curriculum materials, graphic design for promotional materials, grant writing to secure funding, and operations management to coordinate between chapters.
Time commitments are flexible and based on your availability—typically 3-5 hours weekly. You'll collaborate with like-minded students from across Chicago, develop professional skills, and shape the strategic direction of our organization. Whether you're passionate about marketing, technology, writing, or organizing, there's a role for you.
